Andromeda Ring is made with recycled 925 sterling silver 24ct gold plated.

Completely handmade and set with a star sapphire.

Andromeda, a captivating figure in Greek mythology, was the exquisite daughter of King Cepheus and Queen Cassiope. She later became the wife of Perseus. Cassiope's pride led her to claim that Andromeda was more beautiful than the Nereids, which angered these sea nymphs. In retaliation, Poseidon sent a sea monster to wreak havoc on Cepheus' kingdom. The gods demanded Andromeda's sacrifice to calm their anger, and she was bound to a rock to be devoured by the creature. Perseus, riding on the winged horse Pegasus, arrived, fell in love with Andromeda, and sought her hand in marriage from Cepheus. With Cepheus' approval, Perseus defeated the monster. Yet, during their wedding celebration, Andromeda's uncle Phineus, who had been initially promised her hand, tried to assert his claim. Perseus used the head of Medusa to transform Phineus into stone, resolving the situation.
